Sore Spots Massage Therapy is dedicated to both the art and science of massage therapy. We believe in the therapeutic benefit of massage therapy as a means to prevent injury, heal, & relax. It is our mission to address equally the art as well as the science of a great massage therapy experience.

Our studio offers deep tissue, hands-on therapeutic treatment as well as hot stone, myofascial, cupping and barefoot massage.

We cater every massage to your body and treatment preferences while also suggesting a sustainable treatment strategy that will result in less pain and greater body awareness.

Our studio is small and our team of therapists work in a collaborative manner to ensure your getting the input of a whole team when you come to see us, even though you might be working exclusively with one practitioner.

We've been helping people 'relieve their mind, spirit and sore spots too' since 2001! We are registered and members of the Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia.
