The SOS Safety Magazine is an essential resource for families across Canada and is designed to enhance the important skills on safety needed in today’s communities. The resource has been designed to make it not only educational but also takes a fun approach to teaching families how to deal with everyday incidents.
Our online platform is designed to further our reach in helping families across the nation tackle the difficult decisions they face in their everyday lives.
Topics include bullying, cyber bullying, peer pressure, teen suicide, dealing with teen pregnancy, mental illness, family wellness, and much more.
In a time where we are faced with so many choices, sometimes the decisions youth face may be difficult. Some of their decisions may be influenced by media or peer pressure. Others may trust too much when in reality, not everyone or every incident turns out the way we expect it to.
Our goal is to reduce the risk and add the prevention to daily situations our youth may face. We want to reach out with words of advice and prevention to youth across Canada. We also provide links to wonderful organizations such as the Kids Help Line, AADAC, Saffron, and many more.
