We offer a diverse range of warm and hot yoga classes, as well as a variety of specialty non-heated classes and workshops (Aerial Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Mom and Baby Yoga, Kids Yoga,Yoga Therapy and more).

Our space is warm and welcoming and we pride ourselves on providing a supportive, uplifting and accepting environment. Whether you’re looking for a strong hot vinyasa flow, a soothing warm restorative, a high energy spin class or a power bootcamp/HIIT experience, we have classes to meet you where you are.

Our carefully chosen teachers bring their own style, gifts and voice to their teachings, making each class unique. Soul Hot Yoga and Spin Studios are located in the heart of Southeast Calgary. Conveniently located in the same building, we offer Yoga, Spin, Bootcamp/HIIT, TRX and Barre classes as well as specialized workshops and therapeutic programs. Our facilities offer over 9,500 sq ft including 4 Studio Rooms, 4 beautifully crafted change rooms and two spacious gathering areas for before or after class.
