STERIK’S Sport Development Inc. (“STERIK’S” ) believes that a lifelong passion for skiing is supported by an ability to ski all terrain, with confidence. We therefore aim to develop a well rounded competence in our team members that is a blend of technical skill and freestyle ability, and fun. Through commutative promotion of each team members personalized on hill abilities, this encourages self expression, and a continuously progressing confidence, which are both paramount when achieving a universal sporting skill set. STERIK’S ultimately strives to inspire our team members to use the same strategic skills used on the hill toward accomplishing any goal in life.

STERIK’S directors and coaching staff are industry certified, highly experienced, and motivated individuals who emphasize the importance of micro task management to achieve any objective. Condensing sporting goals and aspirations into creative, fun and inspiring tasks which may be learned and achieved on a daily basis, ensures positive, effective, and safe, sport related experiences. As a result, these accomplishments will expand the STERIK’S Escarpment Freestyle Ski Team members idea or vision of accessible skiing terrain within any given environment.
