Stronghold Management was founded upon the real life lessons of Investor/Entrepreneur Derek Peever, founder of PeeverConn Group of Companies. Originally founded by Derek Peever and Carson Conn in 2006 and currently owned and operated by Derek Peever. Derek grew up locally in the Fraser Valley and began his investing career in 2006 by purchasing his first 3 condos in Agassiz BC with Joint Venture partners. The group renovated the properties and offered some of the only updated quality rental properties in the area at that time; increasing the rents and property values 40% in three years. “We were offering a level of product and service that placed us at the high end of the market” said Derek.

With the management experience and a personal stake in approximately 100 residential and commercial rental properties Derek has systemized some very valuable lessons and ideas into the DNA of Stronghold Management Inc. We are now very pleased to be able to assist new Investors with properties we are not part owner of ourselves via the creation of Stronghold Management Systems.

Through evolving systems, nurturing long term industry relationships, and follow through, we are working hard every day to be the number one choice for Tenant/Clients and Property Owners when it comes to high end residential and commercial rental property management.
