In a traditional drill based practice players will have a puck on their stick an average of 8-12 minutes with a minimum of 25 shots on goal. That translates into skill development of more than 11 games collectively. During an average Power Edge Pro session a player will take 50 shots, execute 45 cross overs, 65 power turns, 55 edge control moves, 45 change of direction movements, 35 balance and agility moves, 75 puck control / stickhandling moves, 45 weak side training moves and 40 transition moves.
