Our History:

In the basement of his mother’s house, Barry Boothe and his partner created the idea of the TKO Sound Crew. Skyrocketed by having their mix tape played on a popular radio program, soon everyone in Toronto knew the name TKO. They were asked to play many high school dances, soon moved towards college and university dances, and eventually became highly demanded in the club scene. By the end of the mid 90′s Barry’s focus changed from TKO the sound crew to TKO the Sound; Thus, the birth of the System Music Warehouse. Barry’s past experiences enabled The System Music Warehouse to be one of the most knowledgeable stores of its kind and through his ability to spot young talent and pass on his wisdom he and his staff have been able to maintain this standard.
