TD Psychology and Counselling Services

Tracy is a Registered Psychologist in Alberta and a member of the Psychological Association of Alberta and the Canadian Psychological Association. She is also a full member of the Alberta Teachers’ Association with past involvement in the Guidance Council.


Tracy holds a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education and a Masters In Education specializing in counseling psychology, both from the University of Alberta. The University of Alberta is one of the very few institutions in Canada that is Accredited by the Canadian Psychology Association.


Throughout Tracy’s training and career, she has provided counseling services across multiple settings. Tracy has worked as a teacher, school counselor, inclusive education coordinator, division assessment lead, clinical program supervisor and psychologist. Tracy serves as supervisor to graduate students in counseling psychology and also enjoys her work in the non - profit sector, contracting her psychological services to STOP ABUSE IN FAMILIES in St. Albert.


Tracy uses a Solution-Focused approach with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for individual counselling. In assessment, she uses a comprehensive approach which includes tiered recommendations for schools and families.


Tracy has vast knowledge and experience as a group therapist, working with adults, adolescents, and children.
