The Game Room - Interactive Museum

The Game Room is a interactive museum that will be launching in Cornwall late summer - early fall. This Museum will be dedicated to games from board games to video games. Our goal is to open with over 100 machines from computers to consoles of different eras to represent the history of gaming, in the Center of the museum there will be a coffee shop with at least 10 tables for you to play an extensive array of board games. or if your a role-player or a trading Card Game Player you can use the tables with your group and use or faculties to meet new players. This museum will be educational you will learn the history of the games, the companies, the designers, see memorabilia and examples of the various coding languages. Most importantly you be able to experience them using the original equipment. Our Goal is to make 90% of our artifacts usable by the public. We will charge a small $5.00 day pass entrance fee for entry and have kids under 10 free as long as the accompanied by an adult. During School hours no one under 16 will be admitted without an adult or a note from there parents. We will be following a social conscience business plan meaning we will be not only be saving lots of old equipment that would normally see recycling or landfills we will be dedicating all the entrance fees once a month every second Saturday to a local charity. 12 Charities will be picked one for each month of the year.
