Tora Kai Judo

Tora Kai Judo Club is a non-profit organization, established in 2006, and proud member of Judo Canada. Judo, meaning "gentle way", is a modern martial art, created in Japan in 1882 by Jigoro Kano, and a longstanding Olympic sport. It teaches respect to all others, self-control under adversity, courage without aggression, self-confidence, humility, fair play and socialization. Under the guidance of Sense Wayne Jenkins, you will learn the basics of Judo through certified instruction to guide you to your individual goals. The club provides an encouraging atmosphere for all ages and levels of ability, at both competitive and non-competitive levels.
