-Assistance with eating meals, ensure clients move safely about their homes in and out of bed and their chairs.
-Assisting clients to get in and out of the bathroom.
-Medication reminders to you or your loved ones to be sure they stay on track with your/their health.

COMPANIONSHIP-
Companionship is for the individual who does not necessarily need a lot of personal care but more just a helping hand and someone to be there.

Our Services include:
-Home Check-in Visits
-Light house keeping/laundry
-Meal/snack preparations
-Caregiver relief
-Reading to clients
-Going on outings on foot
-Medication reminders to you or your loved ones to be sure they stay on track with your/their health.
-Services available 24 hours

MEAL PREPARATION-
Sometimes care is simply an individual needing help to prepare nutritious and delicious meals in their homes. We can help with that.

Our services include:
-Purchasing groceries and personal items (client responsible for payment of items)
-Prepare hot and nutritious meals
-Including client in meal preparation if safe to do so.
-Assist with light clean up after meal preparation.
-Medication reminders to you or your loved ones to be sure they stay on track with your/their health.

Home Management-
Home Management can be a difficult task for someone during certain situations in their lives and we are here to make sure your daily needs are met.

Our services include:
-Laundry
-Sweeping and mopping of floors
-Vacuuming
-Cleaning bathrooms
-Kitchen clean up (Dishes, wiping down counters etc. ** We do not do heavy cleaning like Ovens or inside fridge.)
-Assisting with grocery lists
-Assisting with creating daily/weekly/monthly/calendars
-Medication reminders to you or your loved ones to be sure they stay on track with your/their health.

RESPITE-
Respite care is an integral part of many peoples lives. Whether it be to assist in temporary care of a child, adult or an elderly individual we have the experience and knowledge so you know your loved one is being left in safe and reliable hands.

-Flexible 24 hour services available in the clients home.
-Qualified staff to perform all ranges of care as outlined above.
