More about TTC Humber Loop

Problems with the Humber Loop current site built in 1957 on The Queensway.
The Tunnel under the Gardiner Expressway.
Buses cannot enter or exit from Lake Shore because there is no asphalt between the tracks in the tunnel.
Pedestrians have a very narrow walkway which many people have to use when the streetcars kick everybody off so they can turnaround and wait to go back downtown.
Lots of room for streetcars waiting though. Ha Ha
If someone walking wants to pass you in the tunnel, both people must turn sideways to pass.

Solution: Widen the tunnel and put down some asphalt.
Never mind the bullshit. If they can build a tunnel underneath Eglinton Ave. for the Crosstown Subway,
they can widen this small tunnel to Lakeshore.

Buses entering the loop from The Queensway are forced to go back westbound when exiting the loop because City Planners and TTC executives were too stupid to build an eastbound exit.

The Waiting Room - what a joke.
Many years ago this little house had heaters to keep you warm in the winter and a store selling
magazines, candy and snacks.
Now it is just an abandoned freezing cold shithole, in the middle of nowhere.
Not even a Port a Pottie toilet.
Maybe put a Tim Hortons here.

TTC execs should be forced to spend some time here instead of playing around in their fancy offices all day
