Packages and Consultations :

For booking packages you are required to leave a major credit card number or a 50% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.

Consultations are complimentary, when booking for your consultation be prepared to fill out any waivers and/or consent forms, have all of your pertaining information available.



Studio Policies :

Please arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of time to check in. As well we would ask that you dress appropriately for your appointment. Turn any cell phone or communication device to silent to ensure that there is no disturbance to the other clients accessing the Spa.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You may be charged up to 50% of your missed service upon your next visit. Please call ahead of time and our staff will be happy to re-book your appointment. If you have any questions or concerns please contact our management team.
