Wellness by the water is a personal way of sharing my passion for yoga, fitness and nutrition with all of the people in my new home town of Collingwood. My aspiration for this is to get as many individuals in the community together once a week to connect to nature, relax, recharge and enjoy a restorative yoga practice by the water. Classes will be held at Sunset Point on Sunday mornings at 10am weather permitting. Suitable for all levels!!! Your first class is complementary, and drop ins are always welcome!
