We are pleased to offer the 90 minute traditional Hot class as well as our very popular 60 minute Hot class. Our 60 min Hot is convenient for those on a tight schedule, as well as those who enjoy a little more variety in their hot practice. Both are practiced in a 40 degree room, as is our 60 minute Zen Strength class with weights. Westcoast also offers a variety of other Yoga classes such as Vinyasa Power Flow, 75 minute Zen Strength, Core, Restorative, and Yin Yoga, all which are practiced in a warm 30 degree room.
All of our classes are designed to warm and stretch muscles, ligaments, and tendons in order to assist in natural stretching and to improve strength, flexibility and balance. A consistent Yoga practice decreases stress and leads to improved overall well-being.
