A huge happening where I invite a bunch of crazy, motivated and fun ladies of all ages to a good WORKOUTfor a fun (a bit painful) sweat.
35 min : Intensive dance choreography (inspired by zumba and piyo)
20 min : intervall training (Yes !!! SQUATS Yess !! ABS of steel )
5 min : stretching ( yoga type)
