Yoga Loft

There is nothing that compares to Hot Yoga, and we have been enjoying practicing with the community in the West Shore area for over 11 years now!

We are a safe space for you to breathe, connect with yourself, practice yoga asanas, meditation and more. We offer classes in Hot Yoga, Flow and Hot Power Flow Yoga, Warm Flow, Yin Yoga, Bikram Method Yoga and Hot Pilates. We offer child minding for some morning classes. We have always been a locally owned and an independent family business.

We also have a small retail area with yoga gear and accessories. Rental mats and towels are available. This is a warm, welcoming and supportive environment, beginners welcome!
