Hi, my name is Vange Vallaster and I want to welcome you to my site. I've been living and working as a realtor in Yorkton for 30 years now and over the years I have learned a tremendous amount about the local market. Real Estate is a tough business because the market is continually changing, and is usually different from region to region, city to city, and even neighborhood to neighborhood. In order to get the best value possible you need someone who's full time job is to know the market and be able to understand its cycles.

Another component I believe is important to being a successful realtor is listening to the clients needs. As a realtor my only job is to ensure that your buying or selling experience is the best possible. I believe that a realtor has to listen to what a buyer is looking for, or if they aren't sure, then I can help them find their new home with my experience as a guide. Since I joined the Royal LePage Premier Realty team in 2002 I have been awarded The Master Sales Award 3 times (2002, 2004, 2005) and The Presidents Gold Award in 2006, 2008 and 2010. I have also been awarded the Directors Platinum in 2007 and 2009 as well as the Award of Excellence in 2009 and 2010.

I am a assigned agent for Brookfield Global Relocation Services, (Brookfield GRS.) I also work with RCMP members in making their home sale or home purchase with comfort and success.

As a realtor I am involved in the most fundamental part of a community, its housing. I have spent my life working in Yorkton, helping new citizens move to our city and get settled; and ensuring established families find a new home because of that new promotion, or an expanding family. It is important for a realtor to understand the community they are living in. I love living in Yorkton, I enjoy both the Yorkton Community Theatre and the Yorkton Arts Council. Because I am involved in my community, I am a better realtor within it.
