Zen Kayak Tours is a local business on the Bonavista Peninsula Owned and Operated by Melanie Mast. Melanie Mast is a Certified Kayak Instructor with Paddle Canada raised in Twillingate, NL. She has had many years experience both on and in the water as an avid kayaker and life guard. Growing up by the ocean, she is at home when she is by the sea.

Zen Kayak Tours was started as we wanted to share the beauty of the area. We truly enjoy our lives out here and hope we can share a slice it with you.

Since 2012 we have spent the majority of our time exploring this peninsula and enjoying all that it has to over. In particular Trinity Harbour.

Trinity Bay and Bonavista Bay, on the east coast of Newfoundland, offer amazing sights throughout the year but in particular the summer months are a real spectacle. Nature really puts on a show.

Our aim is to provide a flexible service all over the peninsula. Whether you have your own kayak or have a big group we cater to all.

As we are a outdoor company our tours are very weather dependant. We are set up to be mobile and portable so we will be able to utilize all the nooks around the peninsula depending on the weather.
