1705 BCD Army Cadets

Interested in joining Army Cadets?

Cadets is a great organization for youth ages 12-18.

There is NO cost to join cadets and all the cadets will be provided with a uniform after being in the corps for three weeks. The cadet program runs from September to June every year and some continue on into summer if they go to camp. We parade every Tuesday night and you can join anytime throughout the year. Every Tuesday from 1830 to 2100 (6pm to 9pm) is when we meet.

This organization teaches the cadets about leadership, discipline, time management, teamwork, public speaking, respect, and much more. Cadets is a great place to gain lifelong friendships and a lot of memories.

There are many extracurricular activities within the cadet program including; First aid, Biathlon, Marksmanship, Drill, Band, Abseiling, Canoeing, Orienteering, Expeditions, etc. Every year there is a chance for some cadets within the corps to be eligible for camp which could be here is Vernon, Whitehorse, Rocky Mountain, Connaught, and some overseas for the higher level cadets.
