Conveniently located in the Ville LaSalle borough of Montreal, the Ara & 1st Team Alliance (A1A) Training Centre is a fitness facility that provides its members with nearly 5000sqf of workout space along with all the necessary training equipment for their fitness needs.

The training centre focuses on athletic performance, circuit training and mixed martial arts (MMA) to get their members into the best shape that they can be.

The A1A Training Centre is also the proud home of the Head-quarters for Senshido International, a leading self-defense training organization, providing A1A members access to Senshido self-defense and “combative art” classes.
