Addictive Fitness starts with the member first. Our innovative group fitness classes are designed to be fully scaleable. This means that anyone of any age and ability can come in and take class with our most elite athletes and not feel out of place. We can tailor the workout to you. We can modify weight, repetitions, and intensity, or all three, to make the workout suitable to your skill level. In addition, our highly skilled and certified trainers constantly focus on proper form and technique to ensure maximum benefit from every movement while minimizing the risk of injury.

Addictive Fitness classes are the the most effective form of goal oriented training, providing results unlike any other workout. We achieve these results using a combination of plyometric movements utilizing a variety of weight loads and speeds, and anaerobic and aerobic modes. All of AFBC classes provide a full body workout every time, and no two classes are ever the same, continually challenging your body without a plateau effect.
