Against the Grain is a family owned and operated farm 30 minutes outside of Canada's Capital. We've meticulously worked to establish and bring back a wide selection of 100% NON GMO heritage and new grains that can be grown locally.

Our unique flour blends, created from ancient grains grown locally are available to you straight from our farm, local farmers markets, and various retail locations. From field to fork, we ensure superior quality by maintaining strict control of the end to end process, including: seed selection, cultivating, planting, harvesting, cleaning and packaging.
