For me, fitness has always been about looking good! I started going to the gym because I wanted my clothes to fit better and to feel more confident. I'm sure a lot of you can relate to that! But I know that for some, they just want to feel better. They want to be able to chase their kids around and be able to partake in physically demanding activities.
