Alder Creek Kennel

We are a small homely kennel - so don't be worried about leaving your dog with us. We even have a cuddle sofa in the kennel for special time with our visitors. We treat your dog as our own, so if it's cuddles they want, then it's cuddles they get. If it's ball or frisbee time they want, then we play with them. If it's a snooze in the sunshine or a wallow in a puddle then that's just fine too!
The kennels are 6′ x 4′ and there is enough room for your dog to stretch out. We don’t mind feeding to our customers requirements so food allergies are not an issue.
We have lots of individual outdoor runs (20′ x 20′) and we also have three huge off leash areas where the dogs can play together. If you would rather your dog did not mix then that too is not a problem, just let us know when you book in. We like all dogs to have at least two good exercise sessions a day and they have at least five bathroom breaks during the day. The last bathroom break is between 8.30pm and 9.30pm
Each time the dogs return to their kennel we make sure there is a treat waiting for them. This keeps them happy and excited to check out what is waiting for them. We have Salmon and Potato treats for dogs with allergies.
We do need to sight vaccination certificates and these must include Bordetella, this is for the obvious health reasons and for our insurance coverage. We pride ourselves at Alder Creek on our standards of hygene both in the kennels and the outdoor play areas. When a dog vacates a kennel it is disinfected and meticulously cleaned from floor to ceiling. The runs are cleaned after each let out.
