A.C.E. (Administrative Centre of Excellence) has been established in order to find and improve business systems and conduct special projects. All areas of Allied need to run smoothly ensuring every detail is considered from bidding to close out. With the inception of ACE, Allied has enjoyed increased production and decreased delays in project scheduling, stronger business process improvement and office support.
