Ambition Boxing Club

At Ambition Boxing we take a proven, formulated approach to your learning, using step by step instruction.

First, Shadowboxing is an exercise that will teach you the proper stance when you box inside the ring.

Second, Bagwork will teach you to apply the basics of boxing, to throw punches correctly, train for endurance and much more

Third, Speed Bag and Double Ended Bag drills will improve your speed, reflexes and teach you defensive as well as offensive skills.

Fourth, Focus Pads will teach you various combinations to use inside the ring while including a rigorous workout for your cardio and legs.

Finally, Sparring will test your overall progress throughout our Boxing Program as you defend yourself in a fighting simulation drill with proper protective equipment.

Most importantly, we provide a safe and friendly environment that will allow your boxing experience to be fun.
