I have a huge passion for educating people in preventative and rehabilitative self-care. My fascination with the body and mind and all that can be accomplished when injury free has led me to pursue training in fitness and exercise psychology, yoga therapy, massage therapy, and sports massage therapy. I understand how important it is for you to feel comfortable and capable in your body so that you can enjoy being active in the things that bring you joy, and I’m dedicated to helping you reach those goals using evidence-based therapy, including muscle energy, myofascial, deep tissue and neuromuscular techniques. On my time off you’ll see me on the trails in Squamish and the North Shore actively enjoying my other passions; trail running, hiking, and especially mountain biking.
