I have worked in the area of Health and Wellness since 2006. Along with a great deal of personal experience and understanding, I bring a strong professional background and set of tools to achieve your health goals. As a Registered Social Worker, I have a special interest in working with clients to achieve their healthiest versions of themselves. For some this means weight loss, some incorporating more activity into their lives, and others managing chronic health concerns like diabetes. Whatever your goal, I provide all the tools, guidance, and support you need to make sustainable changes for your healthiest life. Many extended health benefits plans cover our coaching/counselling services.
I also love sharing the joy of movement with others through facilitating fitness classes. I am a licensed Zumba instructor, a Blue Belt in the Nia Technique, and a certified Fitness Instructor Specialist through CanFitPro. Come dance with me!
