Health and Fitness has always been a large part of my life. Playing sports at a competitive level has kept me very busy and i'm currently still competing in the ABA BMX series.

Graduating from the Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand. In terms of training my background covers a large amount of Coaching, sports Performance, Strength/ Hypertrophy gain to body fat loss. My goal as a trainer is to ensure that my clients achieve their goals whilst maintaining a fun and energetic training environment
