Andy The Butcher produce some the best artisan hot sauces, using the freshest ingredients, while buying and supporting locally as much as I can. All my hot sauces are created in small batch sizes in order to control the flavor, spice and quality of each batch, personally tasting each batch. While my sauces can be used for dipping they are also popular in an added component while cooking your soup, meat, fish and poultry.
