Who:

Danah Beaulieu is an Intuitive Artist, Expressive Arts Practitioner and Educator. Through Art InDeed, she explores the power of the arts for healing, personal growth, fun and self-exploration with children, teens, adults and seniors of various backgrounds. Courses and sessions are fun, uplifting and refreshing!

Art InDeed is founded by Danah Beaulieu, an Intuitive Artist. The principles and beliefs are based on her vision of creative process, creativity and well-being. These drive her life and practice as an Artist and Expressive Arts Practitioner.

Art InDeed believes that creating a non-judgmental space where participants can freely express and explore their thoughts, feelings, and follow their intuition: creativity will flourish and thrive, individuals, families, communities and the world will be a healthier, happier and more peaceful place.

Art InDeed believes that :

-creativity is a way to practice trusting intuition.
-art-making is a fun and healthy choice!
-everything is about remembering who you are: whole and healthy and wise! creativity is an adventure to that remembering.
-art-making and creativity is a process that brings us insights and allows us to look through a window into a different reality of self. This new reality can guide us to greater wellness and balance and happiness.
-through the art-making process we can access our own inner knowing and learn from the revealing symbols, colours and images.
-free self-expression is not only self-discovery, it is self-affirming.
