De-stress right after work with a fresh air workout! Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:45-6:45 p.m. Sept 5-Nov 2, $170, at various parks and playgrounds around the city, like O'Dell, Henry and Wilmont. I often have 'toys' like kettle bells, battle rope, weights and medicine balls as options. Modifications always available.

Nov 7th onward we will be weather permitting and stay tuned for Snow Bootcamps when it arrives!
