Starting out with just a handful of employees, Avalon now has a stable of 12 expert craftsman, each of whom has proved to have the skill and attitude to represent Avalon clients. All of Avalon's installers and salespeople are full-time employees.

Since Avalon is sought after for installation in homes both built and under construction, its staff is equally designing from plans or retro fitting to an existing structure. Renovation is a large part of the company's business. A minor renovation or major installation, no job is beneath or beyond the professional staff at Avalon, and every work order received by the company's expert designers and installers is looked upon as another opportunity to build on the company's already sterling reputation - one founded on quality people and quality product.
