Born and raised outside of Toronto, the move to Collingwood several years ago was a breath of fresh air (literally!) and the place Stephanie knew she wanted to stay and raise a family. Always having an interest in the sciences, Stephanie attended Ryerson University's undergraduate program of Applied Science in Food and Nutrition, graduating in 2008. Then continued her education at The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) and earned the designation of Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN). Her first years of practice were spent working for CSNN on research and course development, along with client counseling.
With her two young children growing and needing their momma less, Stephanie is thrilled to be offering nutritional services once again! Personal areas of interests include (but are not limited to) cancer support/ prevention, detoxification, intestinal health, family, prenatal and child health. She will arm and fortify you well, and help prepare your family for battle though the next cold and flu season!

Intestinal healing, detoxing (the safe removal of heavy metals) and oral health are some of the areas that Stephanie can help her clients with. They are among the most important cornerstones to achieving optimal health. She also has strong personal interest in cancer care and is continuously furthering her education in alternative cancer support. Whether during the course of conventional chemo and radiation treatments, post conventional treatments or as an alternative approach altogether, she is passionate about educating and helping those navigating the complexity of this dis-ease.

Stephanie provides non-invasive DNA saliva and dried blood clot testing as an option to gather valuable information about client's health. Hormones, Zonulin (a marker for intestinal permeability), inflammation markers and Food Sensitivities are among the tests available. This is simply done through a sample of saliva or dried blood sent off for analysis, right out of a Toronto based laboratory. Price of tests range from $50 - $370. Hair mineral and metal analysis can detect, assess and help with the treatment of nutritional deficiencies and/or heavy metal burden in the body. Hair Mineral Analysis is a reliable method used in preventative medicine for the detection of toxic metals and the measurement of trace elements.
