Business & Corporate Events

Many companies recognize the link between productivity and a fun work environment. Some encourage play and creativity by offering or encouraging recess-like breaks during the workday for employees to play and let off steam. These companies know that more positive play at work results in more productivity, higher job satisfaction, greater workplace morale, and a decrease in staff turnover and absenteeism.

Learn how to increase productivity and job satisfaction in your workplace simply, effectively and inexpensively. Ice breakers, energizing breaks for long seminars, one hour, half or full day programs designed with you and for your staff including team building, stress reduction, creativity enhancement and communication building.

“Thought it was a crazy idea but enjoyed it.”

“I thought it was a great way to end the day, very positive and fun!”

“Loved this speaker... was surprised as to how intriguing the topic could be!”

“I feel that it was a great way to fully feel like a team, laughter really seemed to bring us all together.”
~Community Support Services of Niagara Staff (Laughter Wellness Workshop)

Workshops & Seminars

We work with you to develop a personalized Laughter Session for your staff giving the benefit of a stress-free, happy work environment for your employees where productivity and creativity can grow. We have developed and facilitated many Laughter Yoga & Wellness programs, half and full day workshops including “Laughter Wellness for Health Care Professionals.” and continue to work with many community groups and staff to bring more laughter into their lives, those they support and their workplace.

Playshops

Playshops are an opportunity for adults to connect with their playful, creative self and for those 'seasoned laughers' wanting to further explore play. Cultivating the four elements of joy (singing, dancing, playing and laughing) participants further their ability to laugh, play and have fun with others. We learn how this makes life more enjoyable and also helps you to problem solve, connect with others and become more creative.

Laughter Coaching

Individual and small group laughter coaching is suggested for those who may need more encouragement and support to reconnect with their laughter.

Group and Individual Laughter Coaching are ideally suited for anyone who wants to bring more laughter and joy to their life. For people facing enormous stress, adversity and depression. For the shy. For older people who have forgotten how to laugh. Laughter coaching can help you rediscover your natural laughing skills (NLS) and ways to apply them in your daily life. Learning to access your NLS has tremendous physiological and psychological benefits all of which you will learn through coaching.

Difference between LY Coaching & Teaching

While teaching is transferring knowledge and skills, laughter coaching is a commitment and partnership between the coach and the student. The coach helps, motivates and inspires the student to use these skills in a personalized environment.

“I felt privileged to have you provide me with the sessions in the comfort of my home and that my particular challenges were honoured. Thank you!” Sheryl

Laughter Parties

Laughter parties are a great way to share laughter and it's benefits with your family & friends. Up to 60 minutes of laughing games and exercises leaving everyone relaxed and happy for the remainder of the evening.

“I really didn’t know what to expect and found that I was having a lot of fun just participating.” Kevin

" A playful path is the shortest road to happiness" Bernie DeKoven
