Bakerview Housing Cooperative was founded in June of 1981 and is located in central Abbotsford at 33474 Cannon Avenue (mailing address: #400-2378 Crescent Way, Abbotsford, BC V2S 3M2) containing one and two bedroom units in an apartment style building with underground parking garage, we also have three and four bedroom townhomes with a total of 94 units. The apartments are between $720 & $855 per month (depending on square footage) and the townhouses are $1100 & $1265 per month. Bakerview is a family oriented complex, located close to schools, shopping, bus stops, hospital/Cancer Centre and the university. We offer fenced backyards, a playground, community hall (available for members to rent) and we accept cats and dogs! As a Cooperative, participation is encouraged.

A one-time Share Purchase amount of $1500 for an apartment and $1800 for a townhouse is required to become a member of our not-for-profit organization. Shares are returned to you upon move out, less damages to your unit.

You are also welcome to stop into our office to pick up your application any Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 9:00 and 4:00. The office is located in the community hall (at the end of the path between unit 39 & 40.) Anyone interested in a housing application, or would like to learn more about Cooperative Housing, is also encouraged to attend our monthly Orientation (6pm the first Tuesday of the month at the Hall) in which we explain the simple application process, discuss some of our policies and procedures and, of course, show our townhomes and apartments to interested applicants.
