Balance Kickboxing & Wellness brings a new and exciting outlook to kickboxing, fitness, health, and general well being to beautiful Victoria, British Columbia. We bring people of all shapes and sizes together to create a helpful, fun, and energetic training environment for all fitness and skill levels.

We currently offer a full schedule of technique, strength, and conditioning indoor classes out of downtown Victoria, as well as fun adventures outside for park training, hill runs, and more!
