As a Certified Fitness Leader and Certified Yoga Instructor, I provide individual or group sessions in the setting that you’re most comfortable with - my private studio, public facilities, your own home or place of work. All programs are designed with you in mind - custom fit to your interests, abilities and goals.

As a Trainer I provide educational training with AFLCA for future fitness leaders.
