Balance Yoga Studio

Balance is part of a local small business supporting health and wellness in the community by offering acupuncture, massage, herbal teas and yoga. The concept behind the studio is to provide a space for teachers to rent and serve their students at reasonable cost. We have a variety of teachers with a variety of reasons who use the space: from long-time experienced teachers with a strong student base, to new teachers wishing to practice their skills with private clients, friends and family, to hosting topic specific workshops or running pre-registered progression courses.
