Banff Public Library

Library cards are FREE to all residents of Banff & ID#9 (including Lake Louise). To obtain a library card, please present a piece of picture identification & proof of residency. Non-Residents may obtain a membership for an annual fee of $60.00.
Please bring your library card with you every time you visit the library. Your card permits you to borrow books, magazines, compact discs, videos, DVDs, & audiobooks as well as online databases, movies, music, e-books, e-audiobooks and more!. You do not need a library card to attend library programmes, use the Internet, or use materials within the library.

Children & their caregivers are invited to drop in to these on-going free sessions to enjoy rhymes, finger plays, songs, & stories together:
Tuesday. 11:00 AM Stories for Sprouting 3s, 4s, & 5s (ages 3-5)
Thursday 10:00 AM Tales for Little 1 and 2s (12-24 months)
Thursday. 11:00 AM Babytime (0-12 months, as well as expectant parents)
Thursday: 1:00 PM Open Baby Play (up to 18 months unfacilitated play)
Watch for upcoming dates of Puppet Shows (age 3+).
