Bar1s Urban Fitness

Bar1s Urban Fitness is an elite fitness facility located in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. We offer gym memberships, private and semi-private personal training sessions, athlete development training, complimentary towel service, fuel bar, and more!

Located at 677 Great Northern Road, our facility was built just over 3 years ago, specifically to house Bar1s Urban Fitness. On the main gym floor you'll find new Life Fitness and Hammer Strength machines and free weights. Our cross training room is outfitted with a variety of equipment supplied by Rogue to round out your training program.

Following your workout, freshen up in our immaculate changerooms with private showers. Dry off with our supplied towels and leave the laundry to us! Changerooms are stocked with toiletries in case you have forgotten your own. On your way out, stop by our Fuel Bar for a protein shake, smoothie, espresso, latte, or grab a Daryl's All Natural Hi-N-R-G bar.
