Therapeutic Massage
A variety of techniques, including relaxation massage, deep tissue manipulation and stretching are integrated to create a treatment specifically for you. Massage can be profoundly relaxing, relieves chronic pain and tension, increases mobility and gives the body vitality.

Cranial Sacral Therapy training through Upledger and Robert Smith (Toronto Sick Kids) enables me to practice gentle but deep work. Recently CST has been in the spotlight highlighting the huge role it plays in the part of healing from sports concussions.

Teaching Moms Infant Massage:
Babies need touch/massage. Group classes or private sessions with parents and infants and the cost is covered by your family health benefits if you have massage coverage OR you can pay for the classes and when filing income taxes you can claim the fees under Child Fitness Tax Credit. Kids love massage too! Learning to take care of one’s body and mind is the best lesson you can teach a child, massage can play a big role in that process. Massage is a great gift for the active (or stressed out) young person in your life.
