Bayan's Kitchen Meal Prep

What we do is we cook and prepare your meals for you and portion them to fit your daily caloric intake. Sometimes its hard to make time to food prep and create delicious dishes that motivate you to eat healthy. So we do it for you! We find out what you calorie intake is based off of your fitness goals, so I could range from weight loss, muscle gain, prepping for a competition, photoshoot..or even just wanting to have someone make you healthy food! All our dishes are Gluten Free and made with the freshest of ingredients. If theres a specific you want and isnt on our menu, I could custom make you that dish you desire :)
