Lotto pool guidelines:
1) LottoMax is the lottery of choice. Each share is good for 3 months only. Lotto group closes after 3 months. YOu have the option to rebuy in the next 3 months.
2) $60 per share, this is good for 3 months. Total money collected will be spent on at least 12 draws (4 per month).
3) One share per person. Households can buy multiple shares (for example, husband and wife can buy one share each)
4) Winnings under $200 will be recycled into new tickets
5) Winnings of $200 and over will be divided amongst group members by share
6) All tickets will be posted in our group wall
7) WHEN we win the jackpot, we will cease to operate the group (a new one will be considered thereafter)
8) Failure to buy your share by the cut-off date will result in your removal from the group and forfeiture of your rights to the active tickets in play from winnings under $200. Cut-off dates are the last days of the following months: April, July, October, and January.
9) If a group member defaults or chooses to leave, they will not be re-added to the group until the next buy-in. No refunds will be considered at all. This will also result in your removal from the group and forfeiture of your rights to the active tickets in play from winnings under $200.
10) Dropped members may rejoin by adding their name to the waiting list, pay in advance
11) Vacated spots will be opened to new members for the current share cost *ONLY IF* there are no active tickets (the group resets to zero because of no winnings and at the beginning of each quarter.
12) Membership open to anyone.
13) Numbers will be "auto-picked" only.
