Be Your Best Tutoring

My name is Jennifer Ramsay and I am a certified teacher. I saw a need for an affordable tutoring service and had the idea to create my own tutoring business. One hour sessions are $30.

Be Your Best Tutoring is a tutoring business that I run from my home. I provide individualized lessons that work with your child's strengths to help them improve and gain confidence in areas they may be experiencing difficulty.

I focus primarily on Pre-K to Grade 6 in all subject areas except French. I use teaching strategies that I have learned throughout my teaching career and have set up half of my downstairs as a classroom setting.

The one hour sessions consist of a warm-up activity that your child has been introduced to in a previous session. From there, I teach strategies and give activities that will help them gain confidence and improve in areas of difficulty.

Outside the teaching area there is a waiting area for parents. Parents are more then welcome to stay in the waiting area during the tutoring session.
