For 39 years, BeaverTails® Pastries have been served in the national capital region by BeaverTails Canada inc. Founders, Grant and Pam Hooker. From their original stand which still operates in the heart of the Byward market, the Hookers expanded to six locations which serve the Rideau Canal Skateway and Winterlude, the Tanger Outlet and all major festivals in the Ottawa-Gatineau region.
