It all started with a fridge and a handful of worms. Ivan Berry and his wife Marilyn proved to all who know them, that with a little sweat and perseverance, you can accomplish your dream.

In the spring of 1972, Ivan and Marilyn began Berry’s Bait & Tackle, by selling dew worms from their basement. Within a few short years, the Berry's had established one of the best fishing tackle stores in British Columbia. We have now been in business for over 39 years, providing quality products for fishing in Greater Vancouver, which is no small feat, especially in these current economic times.

We stock products from 100's of different manufacturers and literally thousands of different fishing and fishing related items.

Rods, reels, fishing line, terminal tackle, fly fishing tackle as well as fly tying materials and tools, pontoon boats, waders, clothing, sounders, downriggers, flashers, polarized sunglasses, smokers & fishing lures - 100's of different ones and we are adding new products everyday.
