Better With Butter

Being raised with a Ukrainian Baba and a German Oma, it is only natural that I looooooove butter. Everything about it. As my dietitian colleagues will attest, I should have coined the phrase "all in moderation". If I am going to have a treat, it will be fresh, preservative and trans fat free. Julia Child had it right all along, everything is Better with Butter!
