Big Five Triathlon Club Barbados runs 4 coached weekly sessions or weekly camps for athletes from Barbados and tourists. (Speaking of tourists! Big Five run Tours are available should you like to see Barbados in a healthy light!)
Thee are Training Programs for any age. We have athletes from 6-62 years old!
Some typical weekly coached training sessions are as follows:
Tues 5:15-6:45am Mixed Beach & trail Run/Open Water/Sea Swim
Friday 5:15-6:40am Cycle/Core
Big Five Triathlon Club also provides online coached programs for distance athletes or those who prefer to train on their own.
